From Experiment to Expression
Over a decade ago, we started with a dream and an experimental batch of corn + barley whiskey. That spirit, aged in the heart of Colorado, quickly became our foundation.
Now, five years of patience and persistence have transformed it into something even greater. Each sip carries a deeper richness — caramel, oak, vanilla — layered with the unmistakable character of pure mountain air and snowmelt water.
Still 100% Colorado
When we first fired up our stills over a decade ago, we weren’t trying to make history—we were chasing a dream. Our Flagship Bourbon became the heartbeat of that dream: a simple yet striking corn + barley recipe, distilled from pure Arapahoe Aquifer snowmelt water and grains sourced exclusively from local Colorado farms.
From day one, we promised ourselves we’d never compromise our roots. And we haven’t.

Of the 37 awards Branch & Barrel has earned, this bourbon alone has claimed 17 — and now it carries a well-deserved five-year age statement.
The label may look new, but this isn’t a reinvention — it’s a reflection of growth, craftsmanship, and the years it takes to create something worth savoring.
