Yes, provided they are leashed, friendly, and quiet.

Yes. Guests under 21 are welcome but are not permitted to sit at the bar. Young children are welcome, provided they are well behaved and not disruptive to other guests.

We offer a small selection of snacks.

Yes. You are welcome to bring food or snacks.
Do you serve cocktails?
Yes. We have an award-winning cocktail program featuring popular signature drinks, rotating seasonal menus, and the best Old Fashioned in Colorado. We are also the original home of the “Roll for Old Fashioned” – a drink experience that allows guests to roll dice to determine a randomized Old Fashioned build.

Yes. We have a small selection of mixology-inspired alcohol-free drinks.

Beyond tours, we also host cocktail and spirits education classes, local vendor pop-ups, arts and crafts, game nights, and quarterly parties.

Our portfolio currently boasts 48 medals and counting, with 20 at the Gold level or higher.

Our 5-Year Colorado Straight Bourbon has been our best selling bottle for 11 years running, accounting for close to 50% of our annual sales.
What are your most highly awarded bottles?
Our Flagship Bourbon recipe has received the most medals at 17 total awards. Our Wheated Bourbon, first released in 2024, has earned three Double Gold medals and two Gold medals.
