The name says it all, Le Meilleur translated from French means “The Best”. This very exclusive Cask Strength Single Barrel, was finished in a fresh Cognac Cask. First we picked a very exclusive Cask Strength Single Barrel of Bourbon, aged for 4 years in virgin oak, and then aged it an additional 6 months in a fresh Cognac cask. It was bottled at 52%abv (104 proof) and this is now one of our favorite releases to date! After your first sip it will have you saying “It’s Le Meilleur!”
Soft & Satisfying
Our goal was to produce a one-of-a-kind spirit that’s soft and satisfying, but with rich layers of complexity. Classic cognac aromas of vanilla, citrus fruits, peach, caramel and tobacco are balanced by notes of our sweet cask strength bourbon. It’s great to enjoy neat, on the rocks or in an elevated cocktail, but please, enjoy your Le Meilleur however you like!

Delivering a bright, silky aroma of Raisins, Baking Spices, Molasses, Rum Cake, Orange Oil, Caramel, Waxy Walnuts, Thyme, and Royal Icing, this expression exudes robust flavor, soft texture, and incredible complexity. The Cognac’s rich colors and earthy-sweet notes, married to our cask strength Bourbon perfectly, yielding an ingenious and irresistible expression.
