There’s something different that comes together when we host a collaboration at the distillery. The space takes on a new rhythm, and you can feel it as soon as you enter the Tasting Room. At Branch & Barrel Distillery, the Tasting Room is just one part of a larger space where we pour spirits, host events, and bring people together over shared experiences. We do it because we love it. Because it’s fun. And because this place only exists because of the community, friends, and regulars who keep showing up for it.
When We Host a Collaboration
Collaborations are our way of mixing things up a bit. We bring in outside ideas, add a theme, set the tone, and let the night take shape from there. Sometimes it’s structured. Sometimes it gets a little unpredictable. Either way, it usually ends up being exactly what it needed to be. At the center of it is always the same thing: people showing up and making the space what it is.
Retro Colorado Party: Throwback Energy Only

This one is leaning straight into a retro theme, and we’re not being subtle about it.
We’re setting up a night that includes:
- Distillery Olympics (yes, bragging rights are on the line)
- A food truck parked outside doing its job properly
- ParHopper in the mix cohosting
- A crowd that understood the assignment
Across the distillery, we’ll be pouring Branch & Barrel spirits like usual—just with a room full of friends who showed up ready to participate in the theme instead of just watching it happen.
Limited Retro Bottle Release
We’re also dropping a limited retro-themed bottle for the night. Only 50 bottles exist. Once they’re gone, that’s it. No restock. No extras. Just a small snapshot of the moment.
Dress Code: Technically Optional, Practically Encouraged
There’s no official dress code, but this is one of those nights where the theme is part of the fun. Think 80s and 90s throwback energy. Bright colors, bold fits, and outfits that lean into the spirit of the night.

It’s because we love it. Because it’s fun. And because the best nights in this space have always been shaped by the people in it. We wouldn’t be here without the Colorado craft community, and that’s never lost on us. So we keep building moments like this—simple idea, good energy, and the right mix of friends in the room.
Why We Host These
These collaborations are just how we use the distillery—sharing our spirits with a different crowd and giving our partners’ brands and goods a place in the spotlight too. Different themes, different people, different nights. Nothing overcomplicated. We set the table. The night takes care of the rest.
