Some bottles are about flavor. Some are about craft. And every once in a while, a bottle comes along that’s about something bigger than what’s inside the glass.

Sculpted In Spirit is one of those bottles.

This limited-release bourbon is a special collaboration between Branch & Barrel and the Centennial Arts & Cultural Foundation (CACF), created to support a 2026 public art installation planned for Centennial Center Park. The installation will honor the Arapahoe County Sheriff’s K9 therapy and patrol dogs—animals that serve, protect, and support our community in ways that are often unseen but deeply appreciated.

For every bottle of Sculpted In Spirit purchased, $75 is donated directly to this project, helping turn a shared vision into a permanent tribute.

The spirit itself is as thoughtful as the cause it supports. Sculpted In Spirit begins as a premium 5-Year Bourbon, then takes a rare turn—finished in casks that previously held Belgian Golden Strong Ale infused with cacao nibs. The result is layered and expressive, with notes of caramel, toasted nuts, warming spices, dark dried fruits, and a decadent German Chocolate Cake character that lingers long after the last sip. It’s equally at home shared with friends, mixed into a memorable Old Fashioned, or poured as a well-earned nightcap after a long day.

This project was developed in collaboration with former Centennial Mayor Stephanie Piko and the CACF as a whole, whose collective vision helped us bring the arts, civic pride, public service, and Colorado craft together around a single idea. To celebrate the release, we hosted a launch event at the distillery attended by members of the South Metro Denver Chamber, representatives from the CACF, and Centennial City Council. It was the kind of room we love to see—people from different corners of the community connected by a shared purpose and a good pour.

Giving back has always been a core part of who we are at Branch & Barrel. Over the past five years, we’ve partnered with numerous nonprofit organizations and helped raise more than $50,000 in support of causes that strengthen the communities we call home. Sculpted In Spirit is a continuation of that commitment—proof that a distillery can be both a place of enjoyment and a platform for impact.

Sculpted In Spirit is available exclusively at the Branch & Barrel Tasting Room, and quantities are limited. When these bottles are gone, they’re gone for good—but the impact they support will be felt for years to come.

Here’s to good bourbon, good people, and doing some good along the way.
